Changes to the Phone System from Wednesday 21st October 2020

After considering patient feedback and in light of the current Covid environment the Practice has decided to simplify the current times for patients to call.

Currently, all appointments are initially by telephone and are booked on the day.

If you urgently need an appointment please call between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. From 10:00 am – 6:00 pm the phone lines will be open for all calls, for example, nurse and GP appointments, both urgent and non-urgent, prescription requests and any queries.

All urgent appointments for the day will be made available for booking from 8:00 am. From 10:00 am all non-urgent appointments will be made available.

When all appointments are filled we will not be able to offer anything more on that day unless you feel you have a problem that really cannot wait until the following day. In this case, call us as we have a handful of appointments reserved for this. When you call, our Site Leads will be able to advise if you fit the criteria for these appointments.
