What Virtual Health assistant does

  • Admin Requests– Request sick notes, query referral status, update your details.
  • Access Klinik – Request Doctor and Nurse Appointments. Urgent same day issues are triaged within 24 hours. Routine appointments currently have a 4 week wait
  • Medication Queries – If you have a query regarding your medication, please raise via Klinik and select the medication query option.
  • Order Medication
  • Access to Online records

Klinik

Klinik is our Online access tool that allows patient to request appointments at the practice and is available Monday -Friday 6am – 6pm.

What Klinik does

SystmOnline

SystmOnline allows patients registered with the service to view their online records and order repeat medication.

What SystmOnline does

  • order repeat prescriptions – see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to.
  • view your GP record – including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.

If you’re a patient at our practice you can use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. For more information go to www.nhs.uk/nhsapp.

What the NHS App does

  • get advice about coronavirus – get information about coronavirus and find out what to do if you think you have it.
  • order repeat prescriptions – see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to.

  • register your organ donation decision – choose to donate some or all of your organs and check your registered decision.

  • view parts of your GP record – including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.
