Putting Patients First

The Friends & Family Test (FFT) is a feedback tool which offers patients the opportunity to provide feedback about the care and treatment they have received; this is not a traditional survey, this will be a continuous loop between our patients and staff.

The FFT questions ask if patients would recommend the services we provide and how we could improve them, this provides a mechanism to highlight both good and poor patient experience.

The data is completely anonymous and is not compulsory, but is available to all patients.
