Friends & Family Test
Our Friends and Family Test is a really useful feedback tool which offers patients the opportunity to give us constant feedback about their care and treatment they have received.
You can also look at the results of previous responses and this allows us to have a continuous loop between patients and staff.
Patient Participation Group
The Patient participation group offers patients a unique relationship between patients, GPs and their practice; it allows patients to work in partnership with their surgery and discuss improvements in services and quality of care.
It also improves communication between the practice and patients as we are able to inform you of any upcoming changes and float ideas that we might have.
