TEWV Electronic Patient Record
The Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is an NHS trust that provides mental health, learning disability and eating disorders services. It serves a population of around two million people living in County Durham, Darlington and most of North Yorkshire.
From February 5th 2024 TEWV will be using a new electronic patient record to store the information they record about the patients they see. This is separate to your GP record and only for patients and the TEWV service.
